We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Purpose

- Responsible for all sales operations; manages, directs, and coordinates all activities including sales campaigns, service, special events. Ensures that personnel are efficient and effective.
- Maintains and promotes sales contacts and ensures that Company merchandising standards and sales promotions are properly executed.
- Develops and executes sales plans and goals designed to increase sales.
- Responsible for the growth and development of sales.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
Assumes responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of effective Company sales programs:

- Develop long and short term strategic sales plan.
- Oversees strategic planning for all business products within assigned area. Ensures that plans complement and support established Company-wide goals.
- Develops and implements sales promotions and goals.
- Forecasts both long and short term profit and volume growth.
- Establishes and implements programs to meet merchandising, new account, and productivity goals.

Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of sales functions within assigned area:

- Conducts formal reviews of sales activities. Corrects variances in performances.
- Ensures that accounts are serviced and sold in accordance with Company standards.
- Develops and oversees implementation of package, price, and sales requirements.
- Maintains the integrity of all pricing and sales programs.
- Conducts inspections of sales activities and facilities to ensure the maintenance of established sales standards.
- Keeps informed regarding the area's competitive position and competitors' actions.
- Oversees collections activities and resolution of all delinquent or problem accounts.

Assumes responsibility for the effective administration of Sales Area functions:

- Ensures that administrative and related support activities are efficient and well coordinated with sales functions.
- Keeps Senior Management informed of activities and progress toward established objectives. Coordinates with management and with other sales areas to ensure consistency in promotional activities.
- Establishes effective reporting and communication with Sales Area personnel to ensure that they are appropriately informed of expectations, polices, and programs.
- Completes required reports and related documents promptly and accurately. Ensures the accuracy of all reports and accounting records.

Effectively supervises Sales Area personnel, ensuring optimal performance:

- Provides leadership to Sales Area personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication.
- Ensures that personnel are well-trained, effective, and optimally used.
- Conducts performance appraisals as required. Formulates and implements corrective actions as needed.
- Ensures that all personnel understand and follow their current job descriptions.

Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good business relations with customers, vendors, e.g. Cisco, Microsoft and distribution managers:

- Contacts key accounts regularly. Maintains professional relations with buyers. Keeps records of all meetings.
- Responds to customer requests and resolves problems. Follows up on all notices for action and new account opportunities.
- Ensures that the Company's quality reputation is maintained.

Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned:

- Ensures that all Sales Area functions are safely conducted.


- Education / Certification: B.Sc, B.Eng. or B.A. in relevant field. MBA is an added advantage.
- Required Knowledge: Good Proficiency level of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the industry.
- Experience Required: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory position or related sales field.
