Property MetroFinders, a Real Estate Consulting, Marketing and Management firm, is recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Service Representative in Lagos.

Job Summary
  • We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • This role is for individuals with a MAXIMUM of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or NCE. If you have other qualifications of BSc, HND, MSc, No need to apply, else application would be automatically rejected.
  • High School Diploma, SSCE Graduate / Awaiting JAMB Admission, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent can also apply for the position of Social Media / Digital Posting & Updating Executives with proper training to be given to successful applicants.
Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Maintaining a positive, truthful, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
  • This role is open to ONLY individuals with a MAXIMUM of Ordinary National Diploma (OND). If you have other qualifications of BSc, HND, MSc, No need to apply else, the application would be automatically be rejected.
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience.
  • Must not be above 25 - 27 years old at the time of application (Necessary)
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Ability to stay calm when handling all types of clients
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Teachable and with ready to learn attribute
  • Candidates living in areas close to Yaba and Ikeja / Ogba / Ojodu / Agege would be most preferred
  • Female applicants preferred.
